Noise from engine?

Can you hear the noise at the end of the rev? Not sure if this is normal.

Thanks for the video. That is definitely cylinder related, but it doesn't sound like valve train. I would say it is a frozen wrist pin or a broken piston skirt. You might want to pull the spark plugs to see if any are damaged.
