Hi,
It sounds like the serpentine belt tensioner is jumping. Check that. Also, I attached your pic below. I circled an area where I see something moving, but I can't orient myself to its location. Let me know what that is.

Hi,
Please understand that this is a guess based on what I hear. You would need to check it. As far as labor, the manual shows 0.9 hours. So, just under an hour. (See pic below).
