Noise coming from engine after attempted stereo theft

Someone tried to steal the stereo out of my vehicle listed above (S model). After that, my stereo/DVD player etc., do not work. I cannot leave the battery connected as there is something that sounds motorized running in the engine compartment when I turn it off, this drains the battery every time.

If you are unable to locate where the sound is coming from, follow these directions which will help. There are related to an electrical draw, which you have. These directions will help narrow down where the noise/draw is coming from.
