Noise after drive belt fixing

After reinstalling a new AC compressor, there is chirping (high pitched noise). The sound is loud when the engine is in cool state. After warming the sound appears only upon acceleration. One mechanic says that it might be due to loose drive belt.

it may very well be recommended replacement is 60,000miles for belt and tensioner. also check alignment and damage on belt.
