Whining noise on acceleration only

Let off gas, noise goes away. Sounds like the drivetrain rather than anything else. Toyota has bulletin about growling noise in transfer but claim my problem not same.

Hello,

The TSB you are referring to is T-sB-0130-12, see image below. This TSB is a revised version of T-sB-192-10 which used to cover models from 2008-2010 for 5years or 60000 miles, whichever came first. The revised TSB covers models up to 2012.
