No trunk running lights, license plate lights, or reverse lights

Checked 7.5 fuse under hood and 15 amp on passenger side of IP. Disconnect harness at trunk, get 9.5 volts coming into female harness clip across the green wire. Appears no voltage across the other two wires. Checked all bulbs and continuity of sockets, all appear to be fine. Help please!

Hello,

It sounds like you have a bad connection. here is a guide to help test for power and the exterior/blinker tail light wiring diagrams so you can see how the system works and where to test for power. Can you see if the fuses have power?
