No Tail lights or dash lights

All the sudden i noticed my dash cluster or my running light were not working. My brake lights work though. If anyone can help i would be so grateful. Thanks in advance

would first check all the fuses, they are on two different lines for power that go into the headlight switch. the dash lights are hooked into a dimmer switch. But as I said check all the fuses. There could be a loose wire or short check the wires..

Got ahead of myself and was not checking both metal pieces on top of the fuse. So i did that and sure enough i found my blown fuse. I appreciate the help. thanks again.
