No start, horn and turn signals not working?

I disconnected the battery cable and connected back after few seconds and it started, ugh, not sure what is going on.

While its still running i scanned it.

I would start by checking all fuses with the systems on.

If the fuses are good, it sounds like the EIS needs to be replaced. There is a TSB for this problem which I have attached.
