No start no crank lights work?

Son was driving and it just died on him and now will not start, New battery, new fuel pump all relays and fuses good, replaced starter and cam shaft sensor but nothing

So, I need to ask is the engine cranking over (starter operation)? Or does the engine crank but not run? If the starter is not working lets go over this video first because it goes over the easy stuff first.

No crank, i had a mobile mechanic look at it he told me the engine compartment fuse box wad toast

That can be, but how did he test it? I have seen the ignition switch go bad and cause this as well. I would use a test light and check these fuses for power, this guide can help with the image below to help you see which fuses to test.
