After replacing the water pump, I now have a crank no start issue?

I changed the water pump, now the car won't start. I can connect to BCM with scanner but can't connect to the engine or PCM. The battery junction box PCM relay is making a weird noise, I changed the relay and still nothing.

It sounds like one of the system grounds was left off, I would go back over the work and see if you can find the ground for the PCM. Check out the images (below). Please let us know how it goes.
