Originally locked out system light was on all the time so tried several methods of unlocking the system none of which worked. Now the car still will not start, and the light is not on when the key is in the on position only for a second like every other light. I also tried removing the battery and draining all the power from the car to reset the computer, not sure if that screwed anything up. Also, brand new battery purchased this morning is in it, help please.
