Cranks. It has no spark and no fuel out of injectors. New crank sensor. TPS is whining with car in run position. I just replaced the cylinder head and have confirmed timing is good and good compression.

Since the throttle body is making noise, I would check the ECU grounds at the engine block/cylinder head, also, make sure the main battery ground is connected to the chassis and the engine as well. Let run the codes to see which ones are stored which can guide us to the problem as well.

If everything is good and you have no codes, I have seen the crankshaft position sensor go out and cause his issue. Also, can I ask if the security light is flashing? If so, the alarm system is enabled. You might want to try a hard system reboot.

Security light not flashing. Have code for crankshaft sensor. Which happened prior and I replaced with new. Code went away for a bit but has since come back. Car will start sometimes but immediately shut off. Also have code for too high temp for throttle air. Grounds are good. ECU is sending 12v 5v and ground to crank sensor with key to run but not started.

This is a problem, it seems like the ECM might be bad, I would remove it and send it in to have it checked.

P0124 - Throttle Position Sensor (TPS) Intermittent
P0335 - Crankshaft Position Sensor "A" Circuit
P0113 - Intake Air Temperature Sensor 1 Circuit High
P0223 - TPS/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch "B" Circuit High
P0123 - TPS "A" Circuit High Input

I would say try to replace the throttle body and the accelerator pedal sensor, but this does not explain the crankshaft sensor code. Let me know how it goes.

ECM gives the correct readings based on manual. The air temperature sensor code I believe is due to MAF being unplugged. The TPS issue is locking the throttle body up unless I reset them it's fine for a bit. So possibly the sensor is an issue, but I don't believe that would cause a no fuel or spark condition. I'm going to get another crank sensor today and see if that code clears. Maybe I received a bad item.

Yep, good call, the air temperature code will be because the MAF sensor is unplugged, also from these codes I would replace the throttle body. You might have a bad accelerator pedal sensor as well. Have a good weekend and let me know how it goes.
