Engine has complete new distributor but no spark and no fuel. Whereabouts on engine is crank position sensor?

Hi,
This model Mitsubishi isn't offered in the US, but I believe the Mitsubishi Mirage is very similar. The Mirage has a 1.5L and the crankshaft position sensor is behind the timing belt cover. I'm not 100% sure if it is the same, but I hope this helps.
Take a look at the pic below. Also, the ignition could is integral with the distributor on this vehicle. Are you getting 12v to it? I don't have a schematic to identify the wiring colors.
