Truck is not getting gas to throttle body and not firing from distributor. What could be the problem?

Assuming that these are related the most likely cause is a faulty ECM/ECCS module.

However, the ECM may not be faulty but could be getting a faulty signal from the cam sensor which is inside the distributor and is used to time the spark and fuel injection.

We should watch the wave form on the CMP sensor to find out if it is sending a valid signal but most don't have a scope to do this. However, I attached the testing for this below in the event you do.

Because of this, we could check voltage coming from it to the ECM but this will not tell us if there is an issue with the pick up in the distributor.

What I would do is swap out the cam sensor/distributor as that is cheaper then an ECM or scope to check the waveform.

Below is the info about this sensor and testing.

Please let us know if you have questions on this. Thanks
