Crank no start after engine rebuild?

No spark coil packs (COP. )Crank no start after engine rebuild on a QR25DE Engine for a Nissan Sentra spec V SE R 2.5L manual transmission 6 speed. What could cause this? Ignition switch or?

Hi,

Have you checked to make sure the crankshaft position sensor is connected? That can prevent spark to the plugs. Also, do you have power to the coils? Each coil will have a green wire with a white tracer that receives power via the ECM relay. Check to see if there is power to that wire on any of the coils. See pic below.
