When i turn my ignition on and i have number one spark plug out in boot. It has a consistent spark with just key on.

That’s a very interesting condition you’re describing. Generally, the ignition system isn’t able to produce a spark unless the distributor is rotating and supplying a pulse to the coil or ignition module. Is there any chance you can attach a video of what you’re seeing?
