I recently have installed a Pioneer DEH-4900BT into my car it is the SE model. i bought the radio from Amazon and had good ratings as well purchased the wiring harness and diversity antenna cable. I connected the wires with the harness matching the colors, and connecting ground wire its my first time installing the radio myself. after the installation process i tested my radio and it was functioning well not errors just no sound coming from my speakers. i double checked the wires and the radio. Radio was in new condition when I bought it so, would it be the fuse ? Or?

No, not a fuse. the fuse would just on the power going to the radio, even if there is also a fuse in the rear of the radio itself and I believe there may be. I just bought a Pioneer last year and that model you mentioned looked familiar. Let me see if I can find out if that has a fuse in the back or not. I will be right back.

Yes, page 20 of the owners manual shows a 10 amp fuse in the back.

Did you have an owners manual to follow the wiring diagram with?
If not, it is on that same page.
