Rear turn, hazard and brake lights not working

We need to check the voltage on the highlighted wiring.

I suspect this is the front control module issue as that is what controls the front and rear lamps.

Do the license plate lamps work? What about the high mount stop lamp?

Please let us know about these voltages but I suspect you will find there is no voltage on the signal wires coming from the FCW.

what is a FCW?,The FCM or (The Front Control Module) controls all exterior lights, except brake lights and turn signals according to this site:

Yes. Sorry. Not sure why I said FCW as that is forward collision warning system on newer vehicles. I was working with someone on that system so it must have just come out.

As for this other info, this is just another website where someone is interpreting the information they are reading from the manual or the way they think it works. They sound knowledgeable but just not accurate. Take a look at the wiring diagram. The front and rear turn signals are controlled directly out of the FCM.

So we need to test the voltage on these wires to find out what is going on.

Until we have actual diagnostic information we are just going to guess and unfortunately there is a bunch of inaccurate info out there so it is better to work through the issue on what your vehicle is doing.

it's not just turn signals it's also brake lights. I saved the images you posted you have turn signals highlighted but not brakes. Not sure how to test them with it installed. I'll get back to you.

I understand it is both. We need to go to the light assembly and plug the connector in and back probe the wire with a test light. If the light does not light up then there is no voltage.

I am sure you will not have voltage. So we need to track the turn signals back to the FCM and find out if you have voltage coming out of it. Then do the same for the brake lights.

Can you answer if the high mount works and the license plate lamp works? That will help narrow down possible causes.

High mount is out and plate lights working and parking lights working.

I found a used 1 with same part #04692009AJ https://www.ebay.com/itm/353486134169, I also called dealer they want $1,300.00 for a new one, lmao... But i was only checking cost for reference at this time. I'm hoping it's still something i overlooked a lot cheaper.

If the high mount is out as well then that pretty much points directly to the FCM with the other issues added. Also, the tag lights working points to it as well due to the fact that they are feed from a separate feed in the IPM.

Take a look at this highlighted wire as well on the diagram.
