No power to the gauges, air conditioner, windows, radio and dome lights

This could be a number of things so we need to start at the basics. Let's run through the fuses and the accessory relay and make sure we don't have blown fuses and the relay works.

While this could be the issue I am thinking that we have an issue with the body control module. This basically controls the lighting and door lock function on the interior. So do the door locks work? Do the window controls work?

I am also attaching the info on the fuse layout and description so we need to check the couple of fuses for the BCM as well.
