No power to the fuel pump

The battery was drained, I jumped it off and left running to charge. I forgot about it until the next day. It had run out of fuel. The ignition was left on. (I know really dumb) I added fuel but it will not start.
I replaced the fuel pump, open circuit relay and EFI relay. Still no power to the fuel pump.
I tested the new fuel pump with twelve volt jumper wires and it works. I have twelve volts coming to the electronic relay.

I am getting no voltage to the fuel pump. What else should I try?

First is to check for spark.

Be aware you had better not have twelve volts to the fuel pump with just the ignition switch turned on. That would pose a serious fire hazard in the event a fuel line got ruptured in a crash. You should have twelve volts to the pump for one second when you turn on the ignition switch, then again when the engine is rotating, (cranking or running). Try to listen for its hum for that first one second. If you hear it, the pump circuit is working. If you do not, I will dig out a wiring diagram and figure out where to go next.
