No power to fuse

Both of my outside mirrors have no power at the fuse inside the truck.I have installed new switch inside door panel,to no avail.Everything else works.Got any suggestions? Is there a relay in fuse block under hood?

Good morning.

If you have no power to the fuse, you may have a bad fuse block. I attached a diagram for you to view. Check any of the other fuses for power at the fuse block.
