No power to fuel pump

My mk3 1998 Jetta glx vr6 won't start I replaced the fuel pump and relay and fuse. I don't have no power to the fuel pump where is the fuel pump reset button at?

It doesn't appear your vehicle has fuel pump reset button or "inertia switch" as some manufacturers call it. If you have no power at the pump, we'll need to trace down the cause of it using the wiring diagrams. Let's start by checking for voltage at terminal 86 of the relay. You should see battery voltage at this point with the ignition key on. Also check for battery voltage at terminal 30(this one should be hot regardless of key position). The numbers should be marked on the top of the relay. If not on top, they'll typically be labeled next to the terminals on the bottom if you remove it from the fuse block. Attached is a screen shot of the wiring diagram for the fuel pump relay.
