My car has suddenly stopped blowing air. I looked under the hood for a blower relay and ect to find out it is actually under the dash in this model. When I apply 12 volts to the fan it spins normally. The issue seems to be the power going to the blower relay itself from the module or where the wire leads from. On the green block that plugs into the relay there are three wires. One black two orange. I know the thinner orange is for low fan speed and the thicker is for the high fan speed. When I check the voltage at the small wire of the plug as I increase fan speed it goes from .03v to .02v before shutting off. Then there are no volts on either wire on high fan speed.
