Description of Problem: I have 1996 Cadillac Eldorado 4.6 Northstar, it threw a code for fpr so I replaced it. I also replaced the spark plug wires and plugs. I had the coil packs and coil pack board checked and my cat checked, they're good. The problem is when I'm at a dead stop and I give it gas it has no power and it makes popping sound towards the passenger side, but when it gets up to around 20 mph it picks up on power.
