No power, no run, no key, no pull, eBrake on?

Hi,

Wow! That's nearly new. Was it in an accident or flooded? Also, has the battery been recharged or replaced?

Let me know. Also, if the battery was replaced, does anything electrical now work?

As far as the parking brake is concerned, if you have no power, the only suggestion I have is to remove the electronic parking brake actuator on the rear of the brake caliper. See pic below. There is a long screw that turns and pushes the caliper piston and engages the brake.

To remove the transmission from park, there is a shift release button. If you look at pic 2 below, it shows the location. Remove the plastic cover and the release button is below it.

Let me know what I can do to help. Also, these are great vehicles, so I'm not sure what led to this happening on such a new vehicle.

Thank you for your response! Car is a repo with no keys. It's in immobilized status. I was able to get it unloaded from carrier by removing the electronic emergency brake motors and putting it in Neutral by pushing the shift release button.

I charged the battery fully. I connected to the Autel IM608 Pro but it can't read it since it's looking for ignition to be On. Is there any was for me to turn on the ignition without a key?
I also removed the ECU for SmartKey and tried connecting Autel cable to key programmer to read the EEPROM chip, but the connector has 8 prongs vs chip 14. It failed reading to backup IMMO.

My only other option is to tow it to the dealer to get it programmed. I already purchased the key fob and had the physical key made for the car.

Do you think the dealer would be able to get it programmed easily without power on? How about local locksmiths?

If I had to choose between the two, I feel your best bet would be a dealer. Nothing is ever easy, but a dealer would have the proper programming and tooling for the vehicle. On the other hand, a locksmith may not.
