No power in the cluster no key sinceing no dome light?

The cluster was bad it didn't work but it would start most of the time without problem. Might have to open the drivers door to get it to start sometimes. Or lock or unlock the doors. I change the cluster everything working fine for about 20 miles stop at gas station got gas went a friends for about 2 hours then home it set for 5 hours went for another ride to store 5 miles all together come back i look at speed nothing working in the cluster again i notice put the key in in out i could get to start 4 or 5 times now it wont

Yep, these vehicles had a problem with the ignition switch and the CJB (central junction box). I would turn the key on and use a test light to see if you are getting power to the fuses # f1, f5, f15, f18, f21 and f27 and let me know what you find, if know power is found, (key on) please check the wires from the ignition switch, (drblu/ltgrn and blk/ltgrn) these should have power with the key on. wires in the fuse box have power and I'll show you what it does in this video so won't start unless you play with the key

When i incert the key the charm dose work cluster has no power it won't start because past doesn't recognize the key but if i keep stick key in out charm will come on but if i turn the key i lose power most of the time i change the cluster other times it start

I don't see the video but from what you have described the ignition switch and lock are worn out. Here is how to change them out, check out the images (below). Please let us know what happens.
