No power in car, positive terminal of battery touched radiator support, and sparked

Does anything work? I have to be honest, since the short was between the battery and the radiator support, I suspect the problem is at the battery. Make sure both terminals are tight and clean. Also, check to see if there is a good ground between the engine block and the battery.

Let me know if anything is working. Also, since you have checked the fuses, did you also check to see if there is power to the fuses?

Take a look at pic one. Make sure all the larger amp fuses have power. Keep in mind, if there is absolutely nothing working, it is not likely a fuse. If I recall, and it's been awhile, there should be a fusible link between the battery and power distribution box. A fusible link looks like a regular wire, but it functions as a fuse. Check to see if you can identify any between the battery and fuse box. Pic 2 shows what one looks like.

Let me know. Also, please confirm that nothing works. For example, no headlamps, no radio, interior lighting, horn and so on.
