Once the engine has warmed up, it will not go faster than 20 MPH, and loses RPMs?

I have changed the fuel pump, both camshaft sensors, six spark plugs and coils, intake hose, and almost every other small hose on engine, I have followed and completed all codes so there are no more codes. The I/M reader says all systems are ready but o2 not ready, all fluids are full, MAF is good, I am at a loss. When the car is cold it seems okay as soon as it gets warmed up and when i am driving i lose acceleration and I am unable to go over 20 MPH and lose RPMs as well. Can you tell me what I should be looking for? Also, the engine is quiet you cannot even hear it is running battery volts 12.6.

So, what is happening is the PCM is going into limp mode most likely because it cannot control the throttle which is common. This is caused by a dirty throttle body.

Good afternoon, thank you for your reply. I have fully cleaned and replaced the throttle body as well as the throttle body relearn process. Nothing is fixing the problem. Once the engine has warmed up, I still have no power. Do you have any other suggestions? Again, thank you for your help.

So, this engine has a VIAS system that closes and opens the intake runners inside the intake manifold. I would check the vacuum lines going to the actuators. here is the vacuum line routing diagrams so you can check it out. Check out the images (below). Please let us know what happens.

Good morning, I have replaced all the Vac hoses, I also had someone come and do a full scan on the vehicle to reset limp mode. His fancy scanner says all is good in my car. I started it up it ran for about 5 minutes then started hesitating and loss of power again. Could this be my MAF? I have no codes so I am at a loss what to do next. Thank you for your time.

It could be the MAF sensor or the engine coolant sensor. I would try the MAF sensor first here is the location and instructions on how to do so. #1 in the image below.
