no power to the turn signal/hazard switch for the right side?

These system get their power from the BCM which has fuse: RT STOP/TRN which is located in the fuse panel at the left side of the fuse panel. Here is a guide to help and the location of the fuse in the images below.

I said that I had already checked the fuses and replaced them still having same problem?

Yes it does.

Okay good, and bad, lol. It looks like the BCM has gone bad as you can see from this wiring diagrams the BCM is what supplies power to the switch. You might want to try unplugging the BCM and plugging it in again, this can sometimes work. Also, I would try a hard reboot which this guide can show you how.
