no electrical power

Just so we cover all the possibility, have you tried to jump start the vehicle?
Many times a bad battery will give you the no power. If you are able to jump start it then it is a bad battery.

If you tried jump starting but still the same outcome. Then there are few other possibility.
It could be a faulty ignition switch, could be a bad wiring in the starting system, etc.
