No oil pumping in the right side of the engine ....new oil pump ..new timing chain
Starts fine but no oil pumping

you'll have to check for a blockage on the passage leading to head. there are two different engines on this vehicle.

as I said it has to be a blockage if the cylinder heads were removed then you have the head gaskets on the wrong sides because they are NOT interchangeable. recheck your work . oil not going to one side from just replacing timing chain would still go to each head unless a blockage.
