no inteior lights. No Power windows

Hi I have a 92 grand marquis GS trim I Brought it from a guy in the suburbs I got caught not checking the interior lights so I don't know what it could be. I'm just concerned about the dash light!! Also the power windows don't work he told me that I just figured it may need a motor. I don't know if the two are related. If you have some advice that would be helpful

check fusible links that are on the starter relay by battery and make sure lights are getting power check door switches and fuses inside car. check circuit breaker for power windows and if drivers' door only one not working check wiring between door an djamb for being broken check tosee if window motor gets power.
