No heater/AC blower power?

I changed the following:
Control panel
fuses
resisters
modules
controls light up
blower fan will not turn on
I forgot to mention:
I have power in the red wire going to the module but no power coming out on the red wire going to the heater motor.

I would check the ground # G102. here is a guide to help and the blower motor wiring diagrams so you can see how the system works, this guide may help as well. It shows how to check the ground.
