No heat on driver side, Air is blowing (.it is a dual system) cold

No el.power coms to driver side circulating pump-to passager side does and the pump works.

I do not know were the fuse or relay for it is located, I do not have a el diagram.

check for a vacuum leak then pull fuse with key on for 60 seconds it may reset actuator then if still not working have it scanned for codes.
