No heat from heater, fan works

My digital display for the A/C and heater went blank then shortly the heater only puts out cold air. Checked antifreeze and fuses. The fan works fine just not any heat.

Please check the heater hoses to make sure they are hot going into and out of the fire wall if so it sounds like a temperature blend door actuator is not working right. Here is a guide to show you what you are in for when doing the job and diagrams below to show you how it will be for your car:
