Heater blows cold air?

Heater hoses both cold when engine is up to normal heat.

The first thing we need to do is check the coolant level (engine cold) because when the coolant is low the heater is the first thing to stop working. If the coolant level is okay, then you could have a clogged heater core or a heater control valve that is stuck which will be located in one of the heater hoses with a vacuum line connection.
