My vehicle has a digital controlled comfort system. The A/C will run you out of the vehicle, but the heat does not get hot. What controls the HVAC system to get some warm air in the cabin?

That would be the air mix blend door actuator which might bad, but I need to ask if the heater hoses are getting hot? You might be low on coolant, or you have a clogged heater core that needs to be flushed. Please go over this video for help:

Here is the location of the air mix actuator so you can check it out. Check out the images (below). Please let us know what happens.

The heater core hoses are not getting hot. They run to some contraption behind the engine block, itself. I'm thinking that may be a heater control valve that is stuck shut. Possibly not allowing hot water to flow through the core. Only problem is my 6' 2" frame can't get back there to investigate.

Hmm they don't show a heater control valve, did you check the engine coolant level, engine cold)? Can you upload an image of what you are seeing?

I can later when I get off work. Coolant level is good, though. The blower fan works good. All air vent settings work (floor, bi-level, front, and defrost vents change like they're supposed to) Not sure if the blend door is functioning, or not.

You should be able to hear it working when you switch from heat to cold.
