Heater just stopped working

I replaced the blower and resistor still nothing. when I turn the knobs on the control panel hear nothing, but sometimes I can feel little heat at the vents.

Good morning,

I attached a wire diagram for you to view. I highlighted two wires you need to check for power with the key on.

Chances are there will be no power as it comes from the TIPM or the fuse block. That is a common failure but needs to be confirmed with this test.
