turn signals, high beams, power windows, cruise control do not work?

Yep, this sometimes happens when the battery is jumped, the TIPM is weak in these cars and it sounds like it is out but to be sure we may do a CAN scan, you can get a CAN scanner (Controller Area Network) from Amazon.
