No fuel at fuel rail?

I recently changed my fuel pump in my car listed above because the last one I thought had quit. So, I put in a new one and it ran perfectly fine for about 350 km then it started really hard in the mornings before I was going to work. On my way to work for night shifts my car completely shut off while driving. All the lights stayed on, and it didn't make any odd noises. I noticed that the battery light had come on, then I went to tap the brakes, and I had no brake assistance or power steering. My headlights didn't dim when the battery light came on. So, I popped the hood and checked if there was fuel at the fuel rail and it was bone dry. This car has been an electrical nightmare since I've had it. I haven't got a chance to scan it for codes yet as I'm still working. Help me please.
