No fire to fuel pump. Relay or fuse?

Do you mean no power to the relay?

Did you verify power to the relay for the fuel pump? I attached a wire diagram for you to view.

The control side of the relay, pins 85 and 86 come from the PCM. You test the pin with the key in the start position. It will only have power for two seconds. In cranking, it will have constant power.

Pin 30 will have power all the time.

Did you verify this? You need a volt meter or test light.
