checked the fuses in the passenger compartment seem to be okay. what else needs to be checked out?

Hi,
I realize you checked the fuses. There are two in the vehicle fuse box. I attached a pic below showing the location. I highlighted the fuses. Now in addition to checking the fuse itself, I need you to confirm there is power to and from it.

Do this and let me know what you find. Also, let me know if the blower motor works on high only.
