I just bought this used vehicle and none of the system works until we turn the key to position 2 or 3. Where should I start checking?

Start by checking fuse 41 in the under hood fuse box. It's a 120 amp fuse that feeds power from the battery. You can find your user manual at the link below to help with fuse identification and I'll post the wiring diagram below.
