No ECM signal from ECM to fuel pump relay

This issue is on the truck listed above c4500 with 6.6l diesel engine in it. I am not receiving any signal from ECM when I turn to run/ start position. I am very stumped on this truck. Need help badly.

Good afternoon,

I attached the wiring diagram for you below. Check the ECM connector 2 pin 9 for power with the key on. It will only have power for 2 seconds with the key on. It should have constant voltage while cranking. If there is no voltage the ECM is the issue.
