no dash or tail lights

i pulled the relay fuse for my engine cooling fans i had a loose wire sitting their it touched the panel and sparked. I put fuse back in now i have no parking lights and no dash lights i checked inside fuses and under the hood fuses they all seem to be good. where else could the problem be?
