No dash at night no tail and no parking lights

As soon as it is dark or close to it I hear a sizzling noise dashboard lights do not work or tail or parking lights. What does work is hazards turns reverse brake headlight if I do not hit the dome override. Digital radio light and compass plus outside temperature light works fine during day but night time no. Help!

Sizzling noise is not a good thing, it is the sound of either a bad connection or a short.
All of those lights are on the same circuit and my bet is on a bad headlight switch.
They get hot and the contacts fail. Not real hard to change, you remove the trim panel over the drivers feet, then remove the dash trim and the switch is attached to the trim.
