No cruse control

With those lights on the car disables the cruise control. The first thing to do would be to get a scan done to see what codes are stored and which system is showing the fault. All three of those are interconnected as they use each other to work. So it could be a bad speed sensor, a broken wire or something else that shuts off all of them and turns on the warning light. Many places will scan the codes for free, then post them here and we have a place to start from.
