I have the truck listed above that cut out while driving. At first thought a fuse and checked all under dash and they are all good. same with junction block under hood getting 12.77 V same as battery there. I was thinking ignition switch but it does not explain why electric door locks don't work either as they are not switchable. Any ideas on what to test would be appreciated.

It sounds like the fusible link down by the starter has let go. here is a wiring diagram so you can see what I am talking about and the link location as well, to test the link simply pull on it if is it rubbery it is bad.

Is that not before the power distribution block? I am getting power to all the terminals on it. (it's located in engine compartment left firewall) Did not get a chance today but was going to pierce wires and check for power leading to wires leading to where they enter the cab for fuse box tomorrow.
