When in park the reverse light is slightly and the car no crank no start. Replaced neutral safety switch.

Hi,
It sounds like the park/neutral switch is out of adjustment. Do me a favor. I realize you replaced the transmission position switch. However, it needs proper adjustment for it to properly function.
Take a look at the adjustment procedure below and let me know if this is what you did. If not, follow the procedure and let me know if it helps.
