Yes, it could. In the diagrams down below I have included the starting circuit wiring diagram for your vehicle. As you can see on the wiring diagram both of the wires coming from your ignition switch go to the BCM. I have also included instructions from the vehicle manufacturer for the removal, installation, and programming of your vehicle's BCM.
